Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT) Continues to Expand Team to Support Growth

Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT) is pleased to announce additions to the Purchasing and Customer Service departments: Angela Alvarez is joining us as the Purchasing Manager and Heather Pancoast joins us as the Customer Service Manager.  Gibb Natividad who joined ACT as a Manufacturing and Process Engineer 8 months ago, is now transitioning into his promoted role as the VP of Manufacturing.  These additions and organizational changes will allow ACT to focus on processes and procedures to enable consistent, world-class products, quality control and customer service.

Gibb Natividad has been a valued asset to the ACT Engineering Team.  His 20 years of experience as a process engineer coupled with his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification provides the expertise needed to lead ACT through the ISO 9000 certification process.  His new role as the VP of Manufacturing will have him focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence and customer-focused teams.  He will be driving improvements in Production, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering and Purchasing.  The implementation of the Quality Management System in addition to the Lean Methods and Principles developed will ensure that ACT is poised to support our rapid sales growth.

Angela Alvarez, Purchasing Manager, comes to us with more than 20 years of Operations/Purchasing Management expertise most recently at EverSoft Water/HD Chem and OSI Electronics.  Her extensive experience in Material Operations Management and operational improvements coupled with her career in the electronics industry and working with contract manufacturers positions her as the perfect fit to manage ACT Purchasing.  Angela’s focus will be to ensure that ACT suppliers and vendors are providing products and materials with the most competitive pricing and lead times so ACT always has the right parts and products in inventory to fulfill orders.

Heather Pancoast, Customer Service Manager, comes to us with over 10 years of experience handling all aspects of customer service including: implementation of new procedures, quality of service, sales support and account management.  Her expertise, most recently at Industrial Dynamics Company/Filtec, with domestic and international spare parts orders, warranty claims, repairs and US Field Service makes her uniquely qualified to organize, define and build the ACT Customer Service department to support continued sales growth and unparalleled customer service.
