09 Jan Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT) Customer Service Representative – North Central U.S.
ACT is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) for our North Central Region who is a self-starter, understands time management and has strong follow up skills. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing relationships. The ideal candidate(s) has experience with outside service and sales, a technical aptitude with electronics, the ability to understand customer and potential customer needs, wants, and concerns. This individual will develop a professional understanding of all services provided by Advanced Charging Technologies, related to charger sales, maintenance, and services.
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience, 2 years of outside service or sales experience, have the desire to learn the wonderful world of material handling and be willing to spend up to 70% of the time on the road (Valid Driver’s License is required).
- Travel to Dealer & Customer Locations and understand needs as they relates to ACT Solution Offerings.
- Develop relationships with dealer network in the service area to grow the company’s revenue and develop a larger customer base.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams in the area to ensure customer services that have been promised are being completed.
